Holly asked Amy Poeppel:

I'm reading The Sweet Spot. It seems to bounce back and forth between being set in NYC and possibly England. I don't understand why. Was this written for a British audience and then at the last minute, set in NYC? It's distracting at best.

Amy Poeppel Hi Holly, The Sweet Spot is set *almost* entirely in New York City. There is a character named Felicity who is from England - and the book opens with her walking through the neighborhood of Greenwich Village in New York. There is a scene later in the book that takes place in Los Angeles and another in Mexico. Otherwise, the book is set almost entirely in or around the brownstone which is located near Washington Square Park… which incidentally is where I live in NYC :)
