Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Pierre Grage I worked deep within the Visual Effects and film industry for many years. Over the years I noticed that many of my colleagues had no idea how Hollywood really works. Nor how the Visual Effects from a business point of view. At the same time many film and visual effects industry enthusiasts had no idea what Visual Effects actually are. Why they are around in every film.

I thought with one book I could provide clear answers to both groups: the Visual Effects and Film enthusiasts... as well as the professionals. Based on the feedback I get I am very happy that I archived this goal. Inside VFX turned out to be a very easy and fun read despite it's complex sounding subjects.
