Vanessa Zian Write the scene!!!! Seriously, whatever the scene is in your mind, just start jotting it down. I thought for the longest time that I needed a full outline or game plan before ever starting the project. Turns out I was completely wrong, and this really ended up limiting me. So---take that scene, get it down, then let the characters tell you the rest of the story. Be amazed at what they demand : )
