How do you get inspired to write?

Briar Lee Mitchell I enjoy painting my characters into a corner and then figuring out how to move the story forward by having them solve how to get out of the dilemma they are in. My characters are very real to me, and, I let them speak to me, as it were, while I am writing about them.
