Good question. With me it's trying to make writing a routine. If I know that every day from x to x I am to be writing I get in a flow and lose myself in the process. If something interrupts that flow I sometimes have difficulty getting back on track. I have a goal that i intend to reach this year. Setting goals can be a good way to stay motivated.
