Amy Turing I’ve always been fascinated by invisible systems of control — not the dystopian jackboots we expect, but the quiet algorithms that shape our attention, our emotions, even our identities. The idea that “freedom” could be engineered through personalization scared me more than any sci-fi monster. This book started as a thought experiment: What if belief itself was programmable? The deeper I went, the more plausible it became.
