I don't get inspired at all. I have to schedule writing, and drag myself, kicking and screaming, to the table. Once I pass the halfway mark of a story, book, whatever, then the need to write kicks in. Because I need to see how it ends or, if I know how it ends, then I need to see if I can get there.
