I have had a great summer in reading. My favorite book of this summer was The North Woods by Daniel Mason - not a beach read, but definitely a lake in the middle of a forest kind of read. I also loved Last House by Jessica Shattuck. I'm in the middle of Long Island Conspiracy by Taffy Brodesser-Akner right now, and looking forward to starting The Frozen River next.
