How do you get inspired to write?

Fiona Kirk On a serious note, I really do get very distressed about globally-increasing waistlines and the effect being overweight has on our health. On a cynical note, we simply can't depend on the food giants to reduce our consumption of sugar or increase our consumption of healthy fats - they have shareholders to pander to and profit is everything. On a personal note, I love food and cooking and know that with a little encouragement and not too much scientific jargon thrown in, we can all change our diets for the better and reap the rewards.
