How do you get inspired to write?

Shelena Shorts Characters inspire me. I like to think about lots of different characters and the situations they might be in and when they jump out and stay with me, I get excited to write their journey. They feel like real people and their story brings me happiness in some way. A happiness that I hope others also find when reading.
