What made you decide to publish Dark Confessions of an Extraordinary, Ordinary Woman?

I knew I wasn't the only one who suffered from self-esteem issues or fell victim to a narcissist. I wanted to warn other women, so other young ladies wouldn't suffer through the same pain.
