Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Richard Jones The Idea of one man, Mason, guided by something beyond his understanding and leading him to fight the tide of downfall in different ways came from everywhere and nowhere all at once. The idea of that relentless and persistent hero, or anti hero, has always appealed to me. The kind whose work is never done and who never sits back and enjoys success. There is always more to do, and each step forward could mean a few steps back. That appealed to me and the rest of the idea of the story grew around that.
