Natasha asked Jacqueline Winspear:

What advice would you give to aspiring writers?

Jacqueline Winspear Natasha, I think if you go through the questions and answers, you will see I have answered this several times. It's simple, really - you write. You sit down and you write - and you read. Writers cannot be writers without reading - and reading with depth and breadth. If you like classes, take classes, but know that at the end of the day, you have to write. That means sitting down, and just starting. Don't sit there thinking you're going to write the best novel ever, or will immediately be snapped up as a Vanity Fair contributor - you simply write the story in your head. Then you revise, revise, revise. That's where the real work begins.
