Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Frank C. Schwalbe During my nearly 20 years as an Anesthesiologists, I've worked with wonderful and dedicated hospital staff. These men and women place the well being of their patients above all else, even at the end of long, difficult shifts. As I was passing through the break room four years ago, I found one of the nurses reading a novel. I asked her about it and she explained the plot and then described the characters she liked to read about. At that moment I decided to complete a book that had those elements, in hopes that it would be entertaining to the staff.
