Hi I am a recent graduate in Psychology and Theatre and I am looking for part time work in being a beta reader. I figure it's something that I love to do so it would be great if I made a little cash on the side from doing that and reading for audiobooks. Would you be interested in negotiating a deal or directing me somewhere I could get that opportunity? My email is acarew1@umbc.edu.

IMHO beta-readers shouldn't do it for cash.
If you want to make some cash, do editing, or proofreading.
Or, like you said, reading for audio books (you can probably sign up as narrator to those audio sites - I'm not doing audio books at this time, so I haven't researched the topic).
Or learn formatting ebooks and offer the service to writers.
Other authors might be willing to pay for beta-readers, though, so you never know...
