How do you get inspired to write?

Jody Pardo I can always write SOMETHING. Sometimes ADD gets a hold of me and I end up with just a poem. Sometimes I won't stop until I fall asleep on my laptop. I don't have one thing over an other that inspires me. Sometimes it's the silliest thing as a food craving, or a commercial or a conversation with a friend that turns into a whole scene or chapter. Beware being friends with an author: Anything you do or say can be used in their next book! LOL
