How do you get inspired to write?

Josh Bersin Somehow I seem to have become a natural writer - and it is probably my greatest love. Good writing takes time, research, and incredible focus - and it is a wonderful way to organize my thoughts and make sure I"m clear on my thinking. I have much less time to write lately (have been a partner at Deloitte for a few years) but look forward to getting back to it over the coming year.

I literally "itch to write" every morning when I wake up, believe it or not.
