What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Lisa M. Prysock Don't give up, find an editor and a proofer, use a professional cover artist, offer to exchange manuscripts with a trusted, seasoned author for critiques and editing suggestions. Read as many books as you can. Keep brushing up on grammar skills. Don't publish without purpose. Have a sound, preferably Biblical, theme. At the end of the day, only what is built on the Lord will stand. Keep it fun! Take lots of breaks. Be organized. Keep deadlines and a calendar of what's to be done each day. Have daily word count goals. Surround yourself with other great inspirational authors. Attend some writer conventions and classes to help you grow as a writer.
