How do you get inspired to write?

Chef Rossi everything inspires me.. i mostly write memoir.. and seem to need a good deal of time to sit back and see something in hind sight before i write about it.. very rarely do I write about things that just happened.. I write always with love in my heart.. that inspires me... feelings of love.. it can go with loss and sadness but still love... sounds corny.. but i've tried writing with hate and anger and all it does is give me gas
