What are you currently working on?

Gary DePaul I'm working on the hardest part of the writing process: Marketing. I'm relatively unknown in my field, so my focus is using social media and appearances to share my content.

I've started research for my next book. The first one is designed to help individuals improve their leadership capabilities and practices. The second one will be about how to transform an organization's culture to incorporate leadership practices at all career levels.
