What are the top five books that you love or inspired you to become an author?

Mary E. Pearson I knew early on I wanted to be a writer so it would be the books I read as a child and teen that pushed me to want to write my own stories. Among those books that inspired me would be The Hobbit, The Good Earth, Dr. Seuss (yes, I loved the irreverence and play with words), The Crystal Cave and The Outsiders.
