Albie
Albie asked Bonnie Burton:

I'd like to know how you approach your creativity in terms of a job. In particular, how do you find the balance between needing to give yourself room to be creative and needing to meet deadlines?

Bonnie Burton Good question! Creativity is a slippery beast. If you don't write when the creativity bug hits, you could end up forgetting a great idea or losing out on the momentum of passion. Deadlines are important -- they have the word dead in it for a reason! But without creativity as a writer, you'll be lost forever. So keep balancing creativity with time management so you can meet your deadlines and be happy with your work.
