Stephanie asked Marysol James:

Concerning, Enemy Outside, about the letter from Oliva's birth mother. Her mother says Oliva is sleeping in her crib while she's writing. Later she is recalling auditioning with Oliva for the princess movie. Which, I believe it was said that Oliva was a young child when filming. How is it possible for her mother to write about a future occurrence when she is an infant? If I have read incorrectly I apologize.

Marysol James Hi Stephanie.

Thanks for your question! I really wish that I could answer but I'm afraid that the scenes that you've described aren't any that I've ever written... my book 'Enemy Outside' DOES have an Olivia, but she's never auditioned for a princess movie, and her mother never wrote a letter while Olivia was in her crib.

I'm sorry I can't help ;)
