Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Brenda H. Sedgwick My head always buzzes with ideas. I collect them from radio, newspapers and things my friends say. I hold onto them and see if they grow. Sometimes I help my students out if they are stuck. My new book came from a woman on radio who was made a joke of for thinking she could manage France on her own having never tried before. I thought it was brave to go and get lost and learn as she went. Mainly it does seem to be women that have problems with navigation. I know I do.
