I usually force myself to start working on a piece because I am busy and literally need to make/find the time. On days when I have more time I don't need inspiration to write because I love it so much that I can't wait to dive in. Also I find that after meeting with other writer friends or going to large writer group get-togethers I am more inspired to write as well.
