What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Jonathan Sandys Working from home. Although, with a 20-month old baby, that can be trying at times. However, my little son and I have it worked out so while he is sleeping, I am writing. The best thing is truly the fact that I have been able to watch him grow in front of me. I saw him take his first step. I heard is first word. These were things I couldn't have done had I not become an author. It made the slog to this point well worth it.
