I just finished my ARC of "Murder on the Last Frontier". Absolutely loved it and I can't wait until the sequel! But, what was your reason for setting the series in that time period? And, more importantly, are you going to put the sequel on NetGalley? (I really want to read the sequel as soon as possible.)

I set the series in that era because I find that wherever/whenever changes are occurring the most interesting things tend to happen, and people show their true selves one way or another.
The sequel will probably be up on NetGalley sometime in spring. When it actually happens isn't up to me, however :) As soon as Kensington puts it out there, I'll let you know.

Glad to have discovered your books based in Cordova! My wife is the faculty adviser for the Wayzata High School science bowl team, which just won nationals, and as a prize, they go to Cordova for a science trip. Seems like a beautiful place. I'll send them along with Murder on the Last Frontier?
