Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Bentz Deyo The idea for my first and most recent book, in its simplest form, came to me when I was zoning out during a particularly boring slideshow in Theatre History class my junior year in college. I was a big Harry Potter fan (still am) and I thought to myself: “What would those books be like if I, the reader, didn’t truly now if Harry would turn out good or bad?” Luckily the class that day was not only dull but long, and I was able to brainstorm ideas that might make the tricky premise of a book like this believable.
