Why didn't we kill Osama bin Laden at Tora Bora? Why did the administration invade Iraq? Was it faulty intelligence or outright lies? Why was there a lack of audits at the Department of Defense? What were the findings by Congress on the fraud and corruption perpetrated on the American taxpayer by several defense contractors?

Question number 1: We had the chance but Rumsfeld didn't want to risk it
(Stupid decision). Question number 2: Worst US Foreign Policy decision in our history. Question number 3: The country is divided on that question (I'll keep mine opinion to myself). Question number 4: Good question.
Question number 5: several contracting officers were convicted. Many American defense contractors overcharged for projects as well as items (i.e. $99 for one bag of a soldiers laundry; overcharging the US government for fuel; no-bid awards; etc.).
