How do you get inspired to write?

Stacey Voss I'm a bad writer. I intend to write, but I let things (mostly life) get in the way. I have a great group of writer friends who encourage me, a husband who is very supportive, and now I've cleared my calendar so I can write. Story inspiration comes from life. I don't write non-fiction, but the seed always comes from something I see, hear about, or sometimes dream about.
