Jason Howell asked Khaled Talib:

Hello Khaled... I'm asking this question of several writers, some friends, some strangers... Q: What keeps you getting back on the horse again? Keeps you trying? Mobilizes you when you're paralyzed? Do you ever turn to literature, art or myth for models or instruction on how to go about your work (or life) in a meaningful way? How do you combat inertia? Thanks.

Khaled Talib Hello Jason,
You'll probably get the same answer from a dancer, a sportsman, a painter or a culinary expert -- it's all about passion. That's what keeps me going. There is this mental Vortex that invites me across into another dimension. Once I stepped inside, my senses come into play, especially that level of curiosity. I turn to a lot of things - it could even be an encounter with a person that makes me want to continue writing. I suppose I just like telling stories. I have my days... I make mistakes ... we all do. But there's always a good movie or a box of chocolate to make you bounce back.

Thank you.
