Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tobey Alexander The idea came to me when I was walking through my home town and looked at one of the iconic buildings there. It had fallen empty and was becoming a shell of its former self so I entertained myself thinking what other uses it could have. I came up with the idea that it could be an old asylum, long forgotten and left to fall into disrepair. I then though how someone would escape from there and so the foundations of the story were born which eventually evolved into the story that is the heart of Footprints On The Other Side.
