Hello, I'm translating your book To the Grave into Czech and I wondered what "For the Nans" means. How should I translate that? I would hate to get it wrong...

I wrote the following in answer to part of someone else question here on Goodreads:

'This book wasn't so much for my GI grandfather specifically, but for both of my maternal grandparents, particularly my nan, and all the nan's, to which I feel the WW2 era truly belongs.'

That sums up the meaning of the dedication. I guess you should translate it to something that literally translates to 'for all our grandmothers' - Pro všechny našich babiček.

Any chance of your books being available from Kobo? The series looks interesting. My mother loved genealogy. Our ancestors came from the UK to the US. I found the latest title at my local library. Unfortunately, they don't have any of the others so I won't be able to read them. Perhaps they'll purchase them in the future. I do read ebooks a lot, but I don't buy from Amazon. I only read ebooks in epub format.
