Martin Greenborgh asked P.J. Sullivan:

Hi P.J, I appreciate your comments about salt. To the list of scientists you cited, one can add Gilbert Ling and Freeman Cope ( "tissue damage syndrome", : http://gerson-research.org/docs/CopeFW-1978-1/index.html and http://gerson-research.org/docs/CopeFW-1978-1/index.html). I wanted to ask you about your reference to Jansson’s studies on the intracellular K/ Na ratio: did you manage to get his full articles ?

P.J. Sullivan The source of Dr. Jansson's study is: Cancer Detection and Prevention, 1986. Volume 9, pages 171-94. It is titled "Geographic cancer risk and intracellular potassium/sodium ratios." I have not read his primary articles, only abstracts and secondary sources.

Someone should write a proper book about the dangers of salt. I have not found one that satisfies me. But Herbert M. Shelton wrote some excellent chapters about salt in his books "Food and Feeding" and "Superior Nutrition."
