Writing with my closest colleague, Megan Watzke, means there is always someone there to hand material off to when I get blocked. That back and forth between us can be very efficient -especially since we're in different time zones! If I'm writing more solo, working on a paper for example, I find taking a half hour or more off to read someone else's work, or just browse through some popular articles online will also help.
