I had a bad bout of this in 2012 and tried to work through it - not to be recommended! I ended up writing substandard stuff that later had to be scrapped or substantially altered. My advice therefore would be to have a complete break from writing, do something completely different for a while and then return to the writing desk refreshed and raring to go again.
