I was teaching a series about young people in the Bible who did brave things and I taught on the servant girl in the story of Naaman in II Kings 5. This servant girl was captured by the enemy, was an Israelite, and believed the prophet of Israel could heal Naaman (the enemy army commander) from leprosy. We don't much else about her, so I wrote her backstory and gave her a fictionalized future.
