I already have Prudence and I am eagerly awaiting the release of Imprudence. I also wish to get your Finishing School books. My question to you is, where do all your amazing characters come from? And if I may cheat a little, how many books will there be for Custard Protocol?♥

Gail Carriger Thank you so much! You are very very kind. My characters come from many places: imagination, the past, my family, my friends, composites of some or all of the above. I don't know how many Custard Protocol books there will be, honestly. I have only signed a contract for two, but I could see four or six in this series, depending (as with most things I'm afraid) on how well they sell.
