How do you get inspired to write?

Pat Frayne I believe writing is a discipline. It's something I have to work at on a daily basis. It's a part of my daily routine. To not do it is unthinkable. I've had some lay offs from writing and when they last for more than a few days, I really have to struggle to get back into the grove again. As long as I stay disciplined, I am inspired to write. It is discipline that keeps my inspiration alive.
