How long did it take you to write every novel? Did you ever feel like you wouldn't reach the end of one of your books?

Oh, it depends on the novel. Anywhere from 9 months to 2 weeks (for a VERY rough first draft). And there is a point in every book, usually somewhere between 25% and 67%, when I feel like I'll never make it work. That's just the nature of the writing beast.
