C.E. Allan To answer this question properly, I would have to write a book. The basic knowledge of finding bloggers and reviewers to review your book, start a blog, and collect email addresses of people who like your writing, you would already know. You can join HARO (https://www.helpareporter.com/) and do interviews, which show your expertise. I think the one thing that is really important, is to continue to write consistently and release several books. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have released my first book until I had completed at least three books and started to write the fourth.
