Hi Denise, Just wondering if there any news on the "Retribution" front? I felt the urge to reread the Niteclif books and just thought I'd see where number four is at? I really enjoy this series - I don't often do rereads, so you've obviously made a fangirl out of me!

First, thank you so, so much for loving the Niteclif series! It has always held such a special place in my heart. I love all of the characters and their struggles. Above all, I absolutely love my readers for sticking with the series. You are absolutely the BEST readers I could have hoped for.
So, about "Retribution"... I don't know how much you know about the issues facing the publisher of the Niteclif Evolutions, Samhain Publishing. Basically, the publisher is in the process of shuttering the business and closing its doors. That means I'll potentially be getting rights back for the Niteclif books. While this opens doors to a lot of potential opportunities (i.e. possible self-publishing?), it means that, as of right now, I don't have a publisher for "Retribution." Does that mean the book will never be published? No. Absolutely not. It simply means I need to weather the current storm and then determine the best way to get "Retribution" to my readers. I'll keep everyone up to date here and on my blog so that you know when to expect it.
In the meantime, I'm also writing as Kelli Ireland, and I have a new urban fantasy series I started called The Key Guardians. Book one is titled "Raising Cain." If it looks like something you might enjoy, let me know. I'll make sure you get a copy. Drop me a line via my alternate website, www.kelliireland.com, by using the "Contact Me" page. ;)
