How do you get inspired to write?

Paul G. Buckner I grew up in a small town in Northeastern Oklahoma, basically, in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. I loved to hear the stories that my elders would tell. Being Cherokee, our stories are very important to us, it's the way we know and understand each other, it's the way we connect to our ancestors. I have a robust imagination and it is easy for me to find inspiration in every story I hear.
