I don't try to fight it. I trust that ideas will come when they are meant to. If I write when I'm not truly inspired, then I think it's reflected in my work. I just accept that not all days are meant for writing.

Looking forward to reading your book in the near future. I do believe that we do have those mental roadblocks when it comes to meeting our full potential. However do you feel that there can be physical limitations such as just plain getting older and the legs just not cooperating the way you think they should be?
