Tetsu'Go'Ru Tsu'Te
I try shifting to another aspect of the story, like the back story. Or Since I deal with Science Fiction, the back story regarding the universe I'm creating. Then after the break I find it easier to come back to the character narrative. A lot of the back story never makes it into the novel but is essential to the overall story.
