Anything can inspire me. I have a few ideas for several new books roaming around in my head, although they have to come after the sequel to Murder a Marquis which is ... To Marry a Marquis! An image, a thought, in fact any stray 'something' can turn into a book. Sometimes I think of the title first and then the story comes.
