Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Linda Betsinger McCann My most recent book was Prohibition in Eastern Iowa. I realized, after having an activity director what was Prohibition, that the young people only know about Al Capone and the Untouchables. I wanted to tell what happened in Iowa. I was lucky to be able to speak with the children of moonshiners and bootleggers.
