Hmmm. Not sure I'm qualified to answer this because I'm not sure my "method" is really a method at all. I just start putting things on the paper. Even if I KNOW they will get deleted later, it seems to help just to throw things out there. Eventually, they begin to take shape. Sometimes it's a LONG process -- but it's the one that seems to work for me.
