I wrote for many years before my first book about the Amish. It was at the suggestion of my then agent Mary Sue Seymour. I thought it sounded like an interesting challenge so I gave it a try. That sounds like it was a snap. It actually took a lot of research and planning, but I'm glad I took her advice. :)
