Ellen Violette Sorry, I was dealing with a family crisis and a health issue and not responding for several months but I am back! I would say figure out what you're passionate about that will motivate you to then implement a plan that you can follow and then follow it. It also helps to have a theme for the year and I would suggest "dicipline". When you start to feel like you are losing your resolve, say it to yourself and then do what you set out to do.
